"Everyday do one thing that scares you."- Eleanor Roosevelt That is some of the best damn advice ever. Oftentimes, our fear is pointing in the direction we need to go. We have to get out of our comfort zone to grow and get the most out of life. ( I know, it sucks leaving that warm, fuzzy comfort zone, but the results are worth it.) Courage is like a muscle. You've got to exercise it consistently, and you'll get stronger. I've got a lot of fears to face, myself. My social anxiety is probably the biggest hindrance to my success. I'm beginning to work on it, but I've got to ramp it up. One exercise I'm going to do is something I heard from Noah Kagan. You go into Starbucks and when you order, ask for a 10% discount. I don't know about you, but that is pretty scary.
What is a fear you're going to work on? Let me know in the comments. Much love.
