The concept of the VRIN Score is something I learned from Tai Lopez. It's a tool you can use to analyze your business. Your start out by giving yourself a score of 1-10 for each of these categories:
Then you add up the 4 scores and dived by 4 to average them out to your total VRIN Score, the higher you score, the better.
Use this relatively easy to get a good idea where you are. Just remember to be honest with yourself. (Take off those rose colored glasses for a minute.) Good luck on your Journey To Better!

In Managing Oneself, Peter Drucker teaches a tool called Feedback Analysis to help you find your strengths in order to capitalize on them. He also teaches that you should build on your strengths, not on weaknesses. Too many people try to build up their weaknesses when they should be focusing on their strengths. You need to know your strengths in order to build on them.
Feedback Analysis is a simple and powerful technique that gives you insight into your strengths and weaknesses. For every major decision or action you take, you write down what you think is going to happen. Then, after nine to twelve months, you compare your actual results with what you wrote. Pretty simple, right? Knowing yourself is extremely important. It's also sometimes pretty difficult for many reasons, including our incredible ability to deceive ourselves. Using tools like Feedback Analysis will help you get to know yourself and your strong points. Peter says you should practice Feedback Analysis for you whole life. This way, you'll be constantly learning and refining your strengths. |
